Collection: Paboy X Mum

I have collaborated with my mum to bring you these beautiful limited edition cushions. I haven't seen my mum in almost 10 years. Due to the slow immigration process I haven't been able to go home and see my loved ones. This is one of the many challenges we migrants face here in the South of Italy. To celebrate our love we decided to do a collaboration together!

Like me, my mum loves beautiful fabrics. She sells fabrics at the market in Serrekunda, the town where I grew up and near my Uncles shop where I learnt to become a tailer at 13 years old. My mum sells fabrics that she tie dyes by hand at home. Like me, my mum loves wonderfully bright colours and discovering new colour combinations.

This cushion is 100% handmade with 100% love and 100% cotton. From dying the materials to the stitching. Many countries and a continent apart, we have managed to celebrate each other despite the obstacles.
